Well, I finally made it back, and have now hit all 48 states, (and one Canadian Province) in less than a year on the bike.
It was a Great trip this time, too. Took our time and actually did some site seeing and visiting friends and family. Spent a couple days in NH at the Bike Rally in Laconia,(I recommend not going to that one) and saw my old roommate from my Navy days. Visited with a cousin in Annapolis that I only ever see at funerals, so that was a nice change. Then it was off to Canada, where we got to meet Missy, which was WAY awesome. It was a great time playing tourist in Niagara, and then the second day, we went on a poker run with the local charity group, and those Crazy Canucks do a cool poker run. Had a really good ride on that and Missy even took us on side trips to show us the other scenic views. Too cool Thanks Doll! Then it was time to head back to Florida, but we detoured over to Deal's Gap for that ride. 11 mile sand 318 turns through a mountain gap. Pretty cool ride, and we got tshirts of the even, but it rained about halfway along, so that kinda sucked. but now it's back home and working again. Can't wait til October for BiketoberFest in Daytona. Hope to see more friends there! See y'all in October

Oh Yeah. I added Pix in the States folder again, too

Just a quick note to let everyone know, I am alive and ok.
I am on my summer bike ride, and currently in New Hampshire. I have only 2 more states to hit and will have hit all 48 in one year on the bike. Looking forward to Friday to meet a friend in Niagra. See you then.Take care all, and talk to you when I get back to Florida, if not sooner.

Face it, we all know that there is at least one person on SWYDM that you wanna fuck. So lets play the "Lets Fuck Game". The rules are simple. If you want to fuck the person who posts this, leave a comment to them with the words "lets fuck". The twist is you HAVE to re-post this in your journal and see who replies to your post.

Back again.
Did anyone notice I was gone?
And, I am happy to say, I didn't kill the OLDS. (which, apparently, is a good thing).
Mostly just did the tourist thing. Sightseeing mostly and gawking at the architecture, both awesome and gaudy.
Went to 3  shows. Cirque du Soleil "Mystere", Rita Rudner, and George Wallace. I Highly recommend Mystere. Too awesome for words

It's HERE!!!

At long Last. BIkeWeek has started. But, as usual, the weather is less that favorable.

Thunderstorms and wind. typical winter. But, at least the temp is nice. 10am and it is already 75F. Gotta love that part anyway. Perfect temps, no if we could just get this damned moisture to go back up North where it belongs. Y'all need more snow up there. That's why you LIKE living up Norht, right? the seasons? the snow? the 120F temperature swings throughout the year?

Anybody coming down for BikeWeek?

Ok, did anyone see the 500? What an awesome race. It couldn't have ended any better. Nice to see the 2.9 car finally do it. And to steal it right out from under the King of Whine's nose at the line. Perfect!Sorybook ending
