I'm spraying out my server for dust and the filters.   I found a scsi adapter to work with my umax 5 yr old scanner!    Now I misplaced the damn power adapter!  lmao 

I dug out the cable and found the terminator settings were correct.    I'll install the scsi card in the server and get that back online.  woot!

as for the power adapter.  I'm still looking.. I think I found it though..   stay tuned.

Update,  I found the power adapter.  Apparently I had it plugged in for over a year and didn't know where it went until now!  LOL

Wow..  I had to think about this alot.  I've been avoiding a woman I used to chat with.    It's not her.  She's a nice person.  But,

You see over a year ago.  I met her clone.   This girl had the fakeness down pat.   She even called me .  Send me photoshoped pics of her and her cousin.   lol  
Told me how much she wanted me looking like she did.  
Sent me a birthday present from a fake address or p.o. box.. I can't remember.

Sent me sweet messages almost every day.   Would chat with me before work and when I woke up.

Then it came time to meet up.  And she freaked!    I knew something was wrong.  Her cousin kept saying..  we really didn't mean to hurt you.  you are so very sweet and kind to us.   I think she really does like you but ..   those pics of her aren't really her!   And mine aren't of me either!   geeeeeez..  I let my guard down and got slammed..    Not as bad as that time some russian girl got me.. ( no not julie)  lmao   I just was pissed off.   I mean this girl talked about honesty all the friggin time.

And was really talking total shiggity!   As huggy lowdown would say..  She thought her "shiggity " didn't stank.  But that bamma girl stank up the joint ya heard me!  hahaha

I was in total denial.   I got stood up on my x-mas party of course..  That was #1,534 or something.. lost count..  ugh

Anywho,  I wasn't amused.   oh she lied about her age too..   she was twice the real girls age!

Ok,  I'm supposed to be upgrading the pc .  But,  I bought this damn jvc ipod stereo .  It was on sale at Sears .. for $64 reg $250!!   I was impressed with the packaging and overall sleekness of the unit.  the included ipod cable was a bonus!  

Yeah , I'll take pics of it later with my old skool ipod mini!  :P

Anyways.  The jvc unit has a clock and alarm on it and remote.  Its very compact and I'll keep it despite the fact the speaker wire is total crap!    I'll be headed to the Shack.. aka Radio Shack tomorrow.    I'll buy speaker wire the same as the one's on my Bose speakers.  Highgrade stuff not that low arse grade that came with the unit.  lol

I was looking forward to blasting my tunes off usb memory sticks and drives and my ipod.  ugh

OH well,   It will be fine.  I'll let ya know how it goes.

I have this unused vista 32bit biness aka business ed.  ON my desk.   I'm debating on installing it,   For one I'd have to get the sp1 for it.  blah!  

I got it free with xp pro oem last year when vista came out!    hehe go me!

And two,  there are a few issues that I'd like to figure out whats up.   I'd rather run at 64 bit .    Put in another 4 gigs of ram and fly!  wheeeeeeeee

But,  There are a few things that I do on this pc that would hinder it.  I do transcoding with a few tools one is dvd rebuilder that uses cce or something.  I went to the site and it stated that there not planning to do a 64bit vista version.  idots..  LOL

Then I do alot of emulator games.  You know arcade and console.  I'd have to do a trial run and see if it would be okay .  and run as many games as possible.

Three,  there is the issue of spyware and antivirus programs not wanting to work in vista at all let alone at 64bit.

I'll have to do some research.   I love do that.  Making notes and stuff..

So far this new firefox 3.0 rocks!  its fast and gives me no problems like that moldy , shotty 2.0.   2.0 was good but kept passing out.  Okok.. so..  I had 15 tabs open!  sue me!  lmao
So I had another 15 open in a different window..  I'm a busy man I was coding a page..  lmao  
Ok,  that might have been why it kept passing out on me.  and I was playing lost eps in HD in mpc and or vlc player.

Again..  I have a athlon 64 3000 dual core 3ghz..  and 4 gigs of geil ddr 2 800 memory.  So , Yeah I do push it a bit.  Let alone the 74 gig raptors in raid stripe 0.

I tend to go over board on this pc.   Which is why I've not bought a new car or gone on trips..  lol
