When your dreams have been shattered
And all hope is lost

Aspirations exhaust

When prayers go unanswered
Like an unspoken word

When your morning eyes open
And your vision is dim

When you search for the truth
And find nothing but lies
When you constantly fail
And it becomes no surprise

When you’re facing the mirror
And see no reflection
When you can’t even stand looking
In your own direction

When joy can’t be felt
And you fake your own smile
When your laughter is forced
And it takes quite a while

When your friends become few
And you’re living in shame
When another day passes
And your life stays the same

When you cry everyday
And wipe your own tears
When the hills you once conquered
Become your worst fears

Tortured by misery
Frustration and sorrow
Anger today
And depression tomorrow

You took something from me
that you should regret,
You took my innocense
and that I shall never forget,
The pain will stay with me, you bet
but my life goes on yet,
The pain in me is eternally set.

You always said "your daddy's baby girl"
all I could think is "why do you use me as your toy",
My head begins to swirl,
Sometimes I asked "why couldn't I have been born a boy"
so I wouldn't of felt like his toy.

Why couldn't you have left it be, like God meant for it to be,
Father and daughter is what it should have been, you see,
Now you must pay God's fee,
For what you have done to me,
This is not how it should be,
I want to let go of the pain and hurt inside of me,
So maybe I can be set FREE..................

Going to places unknown,
Looking for all the answers,
Places that can never be shown,
Only the heart and mind knows.

This long road of answers, is ever so winding,
If only I could see around the sharp bends,
Will I be ready for the findings,
Can I ever live with what has happened.

Around and around the bends, that seem too never end,
Up and down the hills, that soon turn into mountains,
Please take my hand and walk with me, my friend,
I just can't seem to take this walk alone.

If only I would let you near,
How can I when I have this feeling,
Ohhh, why do I have so much fear.

I thought that I had loved before you,
but now I know that it was not true.
I had gave up on love,
then you were sent to me from above.
In the beginning I never pictured this,
but its become the most beautiful bliss.
With every hug and every kiss our love will grow,
this is something no one could have guessed for we didn't even know.
Things just started to happen and fall into place,
I know sometimes we will both need our own space.

I soar the skies,
high above the rest,
no one hears my cries,
how could I be such a mess.

Life has never been good,
I sit alone and cry,
I pray, God, help me if you would,

As I sit back and wonder,
when will this pain end,
all I can hear is the thunder,

Running away so noone can find me,
Hiding behind everyone I know,
My feelings of pain and darkness,
I don't want to show.
Love and happiness I know nothing about,
All I want is a way out,
People ask me what is wrong,
If I had the answers all the pain would be gone.
In the darkness and feeling so small,
Pinned against every wall,
Will things ever change?
For its only myself I have to blame.

She is the first to wake up in the morning,
With a smile on as bright as sunshine,
With a loving heart and friendly soul,
She is the last to go to bed,
With a promise of a wonderful day ahead,
She is my true friend, the only true one,
She consoles me when I am hurt,
Helps me through hard times,
Celebrates my victories however small they may be,
She loves me in a big way,
Too big to say in words,
I owe her alot,
There is no mother that is better
than my mother................. fantastic mom she is and a real

Well i guess what I am trying to say is Don't Forget to Remember Me....and just so you know when I am doing my day to day I am thinking about you and your always with me in my heart and on my mind helping me through LIFE....
