Well this month I turn 35, and aside from knowing I’m 35, I don’t fell a day over 21. I’m going to credit my youthfulness to the Navy. Here in the Navy, you are constantly challenged both mentally and physically, helping me stay sharp. Also, I had my son when I was 29, so I spend a lot of time at his level, acting like a kid. And I can not forget my Wife, as she encourages me to do things younger guys should be doing not 35 year olds, like skate boarding, playing fast pitch baseball, running half marathons, and having sex all night (even on a work night).
Only 5 years away from Navy retirement, I was wondering if any one out there might have their only little secret to staying youthful, I’m always open for suggestions.
sounds like you have it all going for you... and are doing right. im 33 and feel it! i think your advantage is your outlook on your career and support from your family.. especially your wife, shes a KEEPER for sure! and enjoy your son. do what you are doing and it will pay off !!! you are sooooo on the right path! my suggestion would be to keep the active sex life... once that slows down you feel it more! seriously
